Kyushu Learning Improvement Network for Staff Members in Higher Education (Q-Links)

The Kyushu Learning Improvement Network for Staff Members in Higher Education(Q-Links) serves to enhance teaching and learning performance of colleges and universities in Kyushu area, Japan.
Q-Links founded in October 2009 by 6 colleges and universities presidents (Kyushu Universities, Seinan Gakuin University, Nakamura Gakuen University, Fukuoka University, Fukuoka Dental College, Fukuoka Women’s University) in Kyushu area.
Q-Links is committed to promoting strengthen intercollegiate human networks, which has focused on Faculty and Staff Development (FD&SD) for the improvement teaching and learning.

 

Activities

Q-Links will provide and support activities including:

  • Collect and provide information on conferences, workshops and training programs about teaching and learning by Q-Links institutional memberships
  • Encourage and disseminate research on higher education, teaching, learning, leadership and policy matters
  • Promote a collaboration an intercollegiate and interpersonal network around FD&SD in Q-Links
  • Develop the training program concerned to cooperative activities of faculty, support staff and administrators on teaching and learning
